We’ll look after everything from start to finish. That includes collecting your PC or Laptop from home or work, and returning it to you once the job is complete.
It may not always be viable to undertake some computer repair, diagnostic tests, or spyware removal and file corruption scans ‘on-site’, as this work can take hours. In this instance, and to free up your time, we would carry out these jobs ‘off-site’ at our workshop!
Included in our door-to-door call out is the pick-up of one computer system and the transportation of the system to and from our repair location in Otumoetai, and Inspection of that system! *If you are located outside of Tauranga, you can also send your computer to us and we will repair and courier it back to you. *See Map
