Services & Repairs

• We provide diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and computer services as requested.
• Any additional work will only proceed with your approval.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of service or before dispatch of goods.
• We accept EFTPOS, credit card, or bank transfer.
• For insurance reports, the report fee may be claimable through your insurer.

Warranty

• Repair work is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Parts used are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, spills, power surges, or external factors.

Liability

• We are not liable for any data loss. Please back up important data before service.
• While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage due to existing issues or hardware failure.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers.

Refurbished Products

• Ex-lease or refurbished computers come with a limited warranty.
• Product condition and specifications will be disclosed clearly at the time of sale.

Insurance Reports

• We provide written reports for insurance claims. A flat fee applies (usually covered by your insurer).
• Reports are based on our professional assessment of the damage.

Data Privacy

• All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share your information with third parties unless required to complete service or by law.
